We may collect the following information from users who submit feedback videos: Name, age, gender, city, and language. The video you record or upload Optional product bill/invoice (if submitted). Contact and payment details (e.g., UPI) for incentive transfers. Device and metadata (for fraud prevention and platform improvement).

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data and video submissions are used strictly for research and analytical purposes, such as:
- Extracting authentic consumer feedback.
- Training our Al and sentiment engines.
- Creating anonymized insight reports for brands and institutions.
- Supporting data-driven decision-making in product development.

We do not:
- Publicly publish or distribute your video.
- Use your video in marketing or social media.
- Sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Protection & Storage

Data is encrypted and stored on secure servers. Access is restricted to authorized team members only, all insights shared with clients are anonymized (your identity is removed). Personal identifiers are never disclosed

4. Your Rights

You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the data we store about you.
- Request deletion of your data at any time.
- Opt out of future participation.

5. Payments & Incentives

Incentives are given only for approved videos that meet the campaign criteria. Rejected or disqualified submissions are not eligible for payment.

6. Data Retention

We retain video and related data for up to 12 months, after which it is securely deleted, unless retention is required for compliance or auditing.
